PAYMENT OPTIONS: Pay in installments or in full. This payment is nonrefundable after 24 hours. You must send your email and password login as well as any passcodes required to access your website within 72 hours after you place your order. Failure to do so will cause a delay in your website making process. All websites start within 72 hours after purchase and the payment has been fully processed. If you would like for your website to start earlier than the 72-hour time frame you must pay the non-refundable full price and the non-refundable rush fee. Only 5 edits/revisions* will be provided after the completion of the website. No changes will be made after the 5 edits/revisions that comes standard with the package or after 3 days / 72 hours of confirmed website completion unless additional edits/revisions are purchased. All revisions require an additional 1 - 3 business days. Additional edits will require a fee per edit.

This website must be completed within 45 days of purchase. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion outside of the 24 hour time frame of you purchasing, you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded at all. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion. By purchasing this item, you [client] are agreeing to this refund policy. If the website is not complete due to fault of DBU you may be refunded for the portion that has not been completed. If the website is not complete due to changes that you have requested after DBU deemed it completed you will not be eligible for a refund. If your website has not been completed due to your lack of providing all information needed for your website that is detailed in this form or requested from you after the completion of this form you will not be refunded. If your website has not been completed due to your lack of providing all information and you ghost or refuse to respond to DBU's communication methods, your website will become the sole property of Drika's Branding University and deemed complete, all of your logos will be removed and the template will be up for auction or sale. If you did not pay in full for your website you will not be eligible to purchase your site via auction or public sale. Instead, you must pay the remaining balance and a ghosting fee of $50 (additional $50 added every 30 days). Any revisions requested must be purchased and you may not use your previous credits for revisions if you had more available from your initial purchase.
